Worst service ever - extremely rude & arrogant!!!,

"THE
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE!!! We will never
fly with Aegean again! Last year, they changed the dates of our flight
and did not even bother to inform us. It is coincidence (and maybe
intuition) that I checked the week prior to flying to find out that the
flight on Saturday was cancelled. We were told by their customer service
they could do nothing about it and we had to fly the day before (on
which day we had another flight) – and the most terrifying, that we had
to pay for the flights even though it was their error! After a long
battle, we managed to get the flights changed, although they charged us
admin fees. This year, we decide to give them another chance, simply
because Stansted is close to where we live. The on-line booking went
“pear-shaped” and booked 2 flights on my husbands name (same person had 2
flights on same day and time) rather than one flight for him and one
for me. We tried to explain this to Aegean and they said it was our
error and we had to buy another flight. I just wanted to scream!!! The
lady at the desk was extremely rude and horrible! If you want piece of
mind, never fly with this airline – it may seem cheaper than Olympic but
it is a complete headache and, obviously, much more expensive, as the
likelihood is you will buy another flight. I will ensure my
friends/relatives will NEVER use this airline again!!! Please spread the
word about their terrible customer service!!!"
